I'm a senior project manager and independent consultant with 10+ years leading business-critical initiatives across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. I bring structure to complex, cross-functional programmes — aligning technical teams, executive stakeholders, and auditors around a delivery plan that holds up under pressure.
I work mostly with regulated enterprises, public sector and critical infrastructure. Whether it's a datacentre or cloud migration, a security-hardening programme, or ITIL processes, my focus is the same: clear governance, realistic scheduling, and outcomes that are measurable and audit-ready.

Selected engagements
- Cybersecurity Services Rollout — Led a rollout for a company group with 60+ sites and 4000+ users all over Europe, where we implemented services from Arctic Wolf and raised the protection level and awareness for all group sites, including developing Incident Response processes, Risk Management and trainings.
- ITSM Implementation — Implemented a new ITSM (IT Service Management) system for ticket handlings (incidents and service requests) together with a set of new ITIL processes, for a company with 1600 users across Scandinavia, the Netherlands and the Baltics.
- Disaster Recovery Critical Path — Analyzed and optimized the full process of a disaster recovery for one of the largest Insurance companies in the Nordics with 8000+ employees, where the scenario was that all data was ransomware encrypted and the company policy was to never pay ransome fees. Every hour we could optimize would mean 8000 hourly wages costs saved, besides increasing the hours of uptime to be able to sell services and maintain daily businesses.
- Audit Remediation — Managed remediation of findings from an assessment across infrastructure, IT security, application, and processes within IT Operations for a company with 3600 employees, where a T&T (transit and transformation) project had crashed and I was called for to help them sort it out. The result was very successful.
